Custom shopify header and footer

I am looking for a Shopify developer who can create a custom header and footer for my website. The preferred design style is minimalist. I will provide the design for the header and footer, which should include the logo,navigation menu and cart. I also have existing brand guidelines that need to be followed. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in Shopify development and be able to work with provided designs and brand guidelines.
