Custom Menu Bar Integration on Shopify Store

I'm seeking a skilled Shopify developer to integrate an additional menu bar onto my store, www.earphoneguy.com. The new menu bar should be positioned above the header and below the announcement bar and styled to match the existing theme.
I am looking to start this immediately as I would like it to be completed as soon as possible.
Key Features & Requirements:
- Left Side: Additional Navigation Menu
- Right Side: Social Icons (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and Telephone Number (with potential for Email)
- Coded: Must not interfere with Shopify settings and should be manageable in Theme Settings to ensure compatibility with future theme updates.
- Future-Proof: Designed with potential for additional social media icons (LinkedIn, TikTok).
