Create 31 Shopify email templates from one Intial Design

I require the freelancer to create 31 Shopify email templates. I have 1 initial design concept that needs liquid data added in the marked places and checked to make sure it works on desktop and mobile. then i require the other 30 templates to be made from this one design.
