Coding Shopify Theme Impulse

Need coding for my Shopify Store Theme Impulse to add the following features:
1. Product shopping filters linked to product tags by Occasion, Price, Collection, Product Type, Color, Sale
2. Collection products displayed by color and lowest price first.
3. Add product count in the shopping bag icon
4. Replace "Quick View" when hoovering over the product with "Add to Bag" with drop down to pick size for fast check-out experience.
