On Call / On Demand Shopify Template EXPERT Required

We are looking for a Shopify expert to be my on call, on demand support.
This is mainly for making changes to our Shopify websites. (we run several)
The person will have to be on call, as in changes that require to be made that same day preferably within a couple of hours via a screen share.
We are looking to work with someone long term and their responsibilities and salary with grow with our company.
The changes can be anything from front end coding to back end template coding.
Please only apply if you have vast experience with Shopify template building and are available to finish tasks within a short timeframe.
