Build me a menu with categories on Shopify

I need some expert shopify developer to make me a button that, when clicked on, open up a menu of categories that, when mouse-over will display a list of sub categories or a list of products. When someone click on one of the option of the menus, it will open a page with the sub categories/products names and images or, if it is a single product, it will open the selected product page.
