very fast shopify fix: limit product title count to 30 characters in Collection page

We are using a custom theme called Empire.
We just need to truncate the title character count to max 30 characters in collection page.
This is very easy work. I will not give you access to shopify store but i will send you the theme file, and you can edit it send it back to me.
Also when you send it back, you need to let me know which file you changed, and what code was added/changed.
