The CSV of shipments is not organized by products but by the weight of the product. The columns correspond to each country and the rows to the weight of the product.
Please note that as we work with multiple carriers in different countries, there is no fixed price list for shipping costs. It may happen that a particular carrier offers delivery to a country at the same price, or that certain postal codes are more expensive than others.
This depends on each courier service and its own rules and regulations. We have used the example of postal codes, as this is one of the reasons why CSV prices are approximate.
Sometimes a package can be light but oversized (it has a high volumetric weight). In these cases, some carriers may not accept it. If the products exceed the maximum dimensions accepted by the DHL courier service, for example, you may have to choose another transport service, perhaps at a higher price.
In addition, all the items in an order are packaged together, from the same warehouse, so the weight and volume of the packages will vary depending on the products selected. Sending a package with 3 units is not the same as sending 3 different orders of the same item.
In previous cases, we have noticed too many incidents (transport damage), so we have stopped sending televisions or furniture with certain courier services, with which we no longer work at BigBuy.
You may have to select TNT to ship these more fragile items, as the shopping cart will not show you alternative options, especially for our larger TVs.
As shipping costs depend on many variables, the only way to have an exact cost is with the BigBuy API, which corresponds to the content of your BigBuy shopping cart.
