shopify site theme update

i have a basic shopify store and would like the theme changed and a new logo designed. it is a gifts and homewares store. i have an example site that I would like to follow

- use a free theme
- select colour scheme for brand colours
- create new logo
- update default shopify emails to include brand colours and logo
- update legal pages

no need for apps, product setup, shipping etc. this is largely a graphic design front end project
