shopify product builder page

I am looking for someone to design a shopify product builder page where customers can view and select electronic products. I have a rough idea for the layout and design of the page but am open to suggestions from the developer. I need the product builder page to have a simple level of interactivity, allowing customers to be able to select products and add them to the cart.
