shopify development of product pages

We have a Shopify website www.flexitags.co.uk. We have 11 Product pages that currently use Advanced Custom Fields to manage various product options. Due to our business being very custom focused including engraving and making bespoke dog collars, this is not user friendly when managing the various product options. We need support in firstly - identifying the appropriate App that can replicate our current customer facing user production options and custom fields, then secondly move all the products to the new App/theme, Thirdly- teach us how we can maintain and update going forward.
We are open to other suggestions and advice, but do need a speedy delivery for this project. We then will look to redesign the complete website in Jan 22. Thanks Martin
