Hello i need help just to add a feedback form....
When a customer buys something, and he wants to return it, i need to know why, why the customer needs to return our product...
So i want to show him just a simple question, the format like this:
What is the reason you are returning this item?
***radio buttons to select answers:
• Its not what i expected
• Factory defect
• Got a wrong product
• Got a wrong size
• Other________________ (space to comments from customer)
As simple as that, so that way, we will know, why the customer its not happy or its returning the product.
So simple.
$20 dlls budget for this, i will do myself, just need to know what to do inside shopify ok
