shopify cart page issue

We have added product customisations to the product page using Metafields which are showing as separate products in the cart and checkout page instead of the customisations for the products, I need you to customise the cart page accordingly. If you see the attached screenshot you will see 2 different products with addons where the customisations are mixed up and maxes it difficult to differentiate the customisations, while they have to be shown as separate products with their customisations as shown in screenshot 2.
