I need a web developer for online store speed optimisation

We are an online store with thousands of very high quality videos and photos for thousands of products. We are seeking a web developer to optimise site speed.
Our speed targets for mobile and desktop views is at least 95 on google page speed checker for all pages in all used languages. We use Shopify, langify and Kalles theme. The developer is expected to achieve the 95 speed target for all browers and devices across all pages and languages.
The candidate should have experience in optimistaion of loading times and store speeds with stores similar to ours (thousands of high quality product media in Shopify platform) and achieved our mentioned targets
