i need someone to build my shopify acct

i am a tee shirt, tumbler, earring, candle, christmas ornaments and other various items shop. I started designing on shopify but its time consuming and a bit confusing to me i just need someone to get everything set up and designed with pages and sections for different seasons and whatever so then i can just add items and start making sales
