I need a shopify template designer

I started my website but it looks like trash. I need help with configuration, drop down menus for each collection I will have and just a better flow. Also how to keep up on it when I create new designs. I have a few design ideas attached. It's a merchandise shop we will be selling more than just clothing eventually. Just startup
