I need person with SHOPIFY knowledge to upload a store "ready to go"

Need a tech person, with SHOPIFY knowledge to take all my photos, etc. and set up store that is ready to go. I have many years of sales, marketing, sales, etc. but am unable to do this.And knowledge of their templates to see if there is one that would fit my preferred layout. Also consider ongoing maintenance.
