I need an automatic Link from Shopify to Paypal to insert order tracking numbers

I need a solution where the tracking link of fullfilled shopify orders that have been paid with paypal, are automatically inserted into the paypal account.

So when customer clicks into paypal account he sees tracking number of the order in its paypal account. This tracking link is automatically generated as soon as we fullfill order in shopify.
