I'm looking to add a coder on staff specializing in Shopify store code design

I have one coder who works with me now like a little over a year. great guy, however he leaves offline and when he does if I'm having an emergency I can't do nothing till he returns sometimes 12+ hours later. I'm not asking for 24 hours service round the clock but I NEVER shut off my skype or any communications really I always have them online, and frankly I need someone to be more like me in terms of availability. So I'm scouting for a new shopify developer. Plus if you have API skills and can build shopify apps.
