help with migration from QB POS to Shopify

I'm looking for help with migrating my QuickBooks POS Pro from my current system to Shopify. Specifically, I need assistance getting my sales data transferred, as that is the primary factor I need to keep. I anticipate having more than 1000 SKUs that I will need to migrate.
I would like a freelancer to take care of the migration for me, ensuring that my data is properly transitioned into the new system, and that my products, sales, and customer information all get transferred securely. Attention to detail is paramount as there are lots of data points that need to be taken into account.
