eCommerce Audit: Identifying issues on Shopify Store’s conversion rate (Currently at 0.12%)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We are looking for a proposal on how to improve our Shopify store’s conversion rate. We are a new lingerie brand.
Currently, our conversion rate is around 0.12% that’s less than 1%, and way below the ideal conversion rate.
We have the following ideas in place which we will implement so we’re not looking for the same answer in the proposals:
- Cross-selling and upselling
- Exit intent pop ups
- Using different solutions through Klaviyo
- We use Facebook and Google ads (including Google Shopping for now), influencer marketing to drive traffic
- Pop-up notifications on where the customer bought from (e.g., 1 order from Canada)
- We will implement Paypal later as well as buy now pay later apps
- We have worked on our website speed and it has improved quite a bit
Ideally we are looking for someone who has a high degree of understanding of eCommerce as well as an understanding of female audiences.
We have tried different consultants but so far have not been able to resolve this issue.
Deliverables:
- Powerpoint showing what we should do to bring our website to 1-2% conversion rate (screenshots and professionally organized)
- Why are we only at 0.12% conversion rate?
- Our target region is the European Union countries (France, Germany) + the UK (We don't have a fully built German translation yet, and we get that). We charge in Euros in the EU and in Pounds in the UK.
- Action plan: What are the key needle movers that we need to implement to change this.
- How can we build trust with the audience in a short period of time as we are a new brand.
- Call presentation with me so that you can present your findings
