connect Shopify store to Facebook

Hi.. This seems to be very simple. But it's NOT!! My shopify store has been disconnected from Facebook for more than 1 month and I couldn't connect it back again. The issue is that the facebook commerce account is not yet available in my region (India). But I do not know how was it connected before (I used it for the past 2 years). Hereby attached the screenshot for your reference.

I have connected with Shopify & Facebook support extensively but no help. Anyone here can help me on this?

Only serious freelancers who knew this issue would bid please.
