Key Deliverables
- CRM Initial Setup:
- Customize Contact/Lead (or Deal) layouts for my business; remove clutter and keep only needed fields.
- Add custom fields: Shopify Order ID, Klaviyo Profile Data (core fields/past engagement/segment), Calendly Meeting Link/Time, Meeting Notes, Assigned Agent, Call/Consultation Status, Message Template (for copy-paste to WhatsApp).
- Integrations Required:
- Shopify: Auto-tag customer profiles with order IDs/order history.
- Klaviyo: Sync user profile and engagement data into CRM records, so latest customer info and context are at hand.
- Calendly: Auto-capture appointment bookings, including all custom form fields, in CRM.
- WhatsApp (Manual):
- Message templates that pull profile/meeting/order info for quick copy-paste (manual sending only).
- Gmail: Integrate or sync so relevant customer emails (from booking flows or follow-ups) are accessible from customer records for context/record-keeping.
- Manual Agent Assignment:
- Ability to assign or re-assign agents per booking as needed (not fully automated).
- Track and log assignment history and status for each customer.
- Record Keeping & Tracking:
- All actions (booking, assignment, notes, status, emails, feedback) must be tracked on each customer record.
- Filter/search by agent, date, status, and communication channel.
- **Other Requirements:**
- Setup should be intuitive and minimal. Handover must include a walkthrough (video or call) and process documentation.
- This is for a one-time setup with handover and no ongoing monthly maintenance.
- Optional: Guidance on connecting/using these integrations efficiently once live.
