Zapier automation needed

I need help automating my TakeApp store order process. Currently, I manually download order CSVs from TakeApp, paste them into Google Sheets, and then use Mailmeteor to send tracking emails to customers. I’d like to fully automate this flow.

The workflow I need is:
1. TakeApp → Google Sheets
• Automatically capture new orders (via API, webhook, or parsing the CSV file that TakeApp sends).
• Store each order in a structured Google Sheet (with columns like Order ID, Name, Email, Phone, Product, Amount, Tracking Number, Status).
2. Google Sheets → Mailmeteor / Gmail
• When I update the “Tracking Number” column, an automatic email should be sent to the customer with their tracking details.
3. Optional (nice-to-have)
• SMS/WhatsApp notifications (via Twilio/WATI) when tracking numbers are updated.
• Daily summary email with number of orders and total sales.

Please set this up using Zapier (preferred) or Pabbly Connect (if more cost-effective).
Deliverables should include:
• A working automation setup
• Clear documentation so I can manage/edit it later
