Hi, I need you to create an automation that links Vapi-Shopify-RealTimeData source. The automation will be triggered by Vapi as described in the image. In the current scenario, it needs to access an order detail in Shopify, find the provided tracking URL, access the external URL and answer the customer's question with the latest delivery status.
Create the automation either on zapier.com , make.com or n8n.io (choose the one that has the integration available)
the flow of the automation process:
1- The customer initiates a call, which triggers the Vapi AI Voice system.
2- The Vapi trigger extracts the order number from the customer's request.
3- The automation looks up the order in Shopify using the extracted order number.
4- The tracking URL is extracted from the Shopify order details.
5- The automation retrieves the shipping status by making a request to the tracking URL.
6- The shipping status information is sent back to Vapi.
7- Vapi generates a response and communicates the shipping status to the customer.
