Xero–Cin7–Shopify Financial Audit
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD

I need an experienced management accountant to take charge of this month’s close while putting Xero under the microscope. My Xero file is fed by both Cin7 and Shopify, and recurring integration errors are now distorting the numbers.
Your job is to run the full end-of-month process and, in parallel, audit every data flow that touches Xero. The emphasis is on locating and fixing the integration errors coming from Cin7 and Shopify so that stock, sales, and financial reports line up perfectly across all three systems. You’ll have direct access to Xero, Cin7 Core, and Shopify plus the usual export tools, and I’m happy to schedule screen-shares for any walkthroughs you need.
Deliverables I expect:
• Clean, reconciled Xero ledgers for the current month and YTD
• A concise report pinpointing every integration error found between Cin7 ↔ Xero and Shopify ↔ Xero, with corrective steps taken
• Updated month-end management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Inventory) that tie back to source data
• A brief hand-over note outlining any further improvements or automation opportunities
