Wordpress & shopify Developer on monthly basis or Project basis

Hi, i have a web design agency and running this from last 10 years, i am building team for wordpress and shopify , i need an experienced person who can handle wordpress and shopify projects, project will not more complex and i al always available to guide what to do. I have continuous work on wordpress and shopify but i need reliable person who can work sincerely.
I can offer monthly salary or on project basis which will you comfortable.
