Website and Ad account CRO

I have a shopify website and a google ad account with analytics and tag manager. I have got enough traffic from ads to get atleast 1 conversion but i have got 0 so far.

I want you to perform through analysis on website and setup tracking effectively so that we can find out what is the issue is and what is the flow of the traffic.
