Web developer for Shopify Customisation / apps installation work

I am looking for a web developer who can help me with customising my Shopify store on an hourly basis. I need both design and functionality changes to be made. In addition to this, I would like to install third-party apps to enhance the overall functionality of my store.
I do not have a specific timeline for the project completion, so I am looking for someone who has a flexible schedule.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
