Web-based Automated Laser Cutting Quoting Software

We are looking for a software developer to design us a user friendly and automated product we can use to quote laser cutting and allow customers to pay.
What this looks like:
Customers will visit our website, the quoting tool will need to be easily integrated into a shopify website.
It will have:
- upload and analyse one, or multiple DXF files
- Allow customers to select quantity for each part
- Allow us to preset laser cutting parameters to calculate material usage and machine cutting time
- Allow us to program different materials and different cutting parameters for different materials
- Show a preview image of the DXF file while on the quoting screen
- Allow shipping pricing to be calculated by dimensions or by size, whichever is greatest cost.
- Allow customer to pay via stripe
- Add the customers order and details into shopify like a normal order would display.
- Add customers details into shopify for marketing
Additional features:
Automatically export customers PAID orders with a work order that shows an image of the part(s), material type and quantity
Automatically group ordered parts into exportable material groups.
Eg, Material: 3mm mild steel, all the DXF files orders from customers are exportable in a folder with the quantity at the start of their file name.
If a preset material has no orders, there wont be anything to export.
Not in this version, but in the future, i want to be able to onsell this software on the shopify store.
I want to charge a % commission for every sale make using this software, this is for the next version, but thought id mention it incase it plays a part in the products design.
This is a long-term project that will have many stages and versions, we are after someone to work with long term so only apply if you have the knowledge to fully complete the task, implement the task and to be creative in the design process.
