Web Master to Insert Video into Shopify Store

I am looking for a skilled web master who can show us the code and how to insert video banner and video into our product page in Shopify. We are shopify savvy but don't know code to well. But if you show us the code and where we should place it, we can do it.
Requirements:
- The video to be inserted is a promotional video on HOME PAGE
- Video on product page
- Loops
- Do not want to use Youtube. Must play automatically and loop with no showing youtube or vinmeo
- Must provide us the code and how to insert into Shopify
