Warehouse theme in shopify upgrade

We have a Warehouse theme that is version below 2.0 and we want to update the theme to the latest. We have installed the theme but not yet published it. We need someone to make the new version exactly like the current version we have. All settings, logos, etc so the page will be exacly the same and then we can publish the new updated theme. There are some google search codes in the code of the current theme that need to be also inserted in the new theme, they are only in ca 4 places in the code.
