Welkamp is a Dutch brand of premium horse blankets with customers in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.
We are growing quickly and are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage our Shopify store and social media channels.

Your Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

Add and update products (descriptions, photos, SEO)

Update product pages and collections

Make small design changes using the theme editor

Create banners and set up discount campaigns


Social Media Management

Plan and schedule posts & stories for Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Suite

Respond to messages and comments

Create simple visuals in Canva


Marketing & Admin Tasks

Set up email campaigns in Klaviyo or Shopify Email

Create reports on social media performance

Research potential influencers and partnerships

Requirements

Experience with Shopify

Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram management

Skilled in Canva and basic photo editing

Good written and spoken English (Dutch or German is a bonus)

Proactive, organized, and able to work independently

Available at least 10 hours per week

Fixed monthly rate based on hours ($4 – $6 USD per hour for international candidates)
