Videos Shopify home page

There are 5 short videos on our home page under 'Cooking Instructions' that I'd like to have reduced in size. And text added to the right hand side of each e.g. Step 1 Place food in basket. Step 2 Place food in pot and onto stove. Step 3 Add hot water from tap etc....
