Urgent project find fault and fix. Shopify site

Hello,
There is an issue on our site that i have been unable to replicate. And i am looking for someone to be able to replicate it, find what the issue is and fix it.
The issues we are having (as attached from customer) products are randomly displaying as unavailable when customers 1st visit the site. Next time they visit that message has gone.
This is a shopify store and the website is mybrickwall.co.uk
I can confirm the following.
There are no issues with inventory
All sales channels are fine
No shipping restrictions
No geo targeting restrictions
This has only been happening the last two weeks.
This appears on any product.
My theory is that its an app or coding error causing this error.
