Urgent Shopify shipping issue

Urgent assistance required to resolve a shopify shipping issue. The option to 'click and collect' is not working on the site and i want to do a video call to share my screen so you can talk me/teach me how to do it and correct the issue. As i i have gone through everything and all looks correct but it is still not working. Thank you. Angela
