? URGENT Shopify Bug Fix – Mobile Checkout, Cart Issues & Full Optimization Needed ?
I’m running a high-ticket Shopify store, and I need a serious Shopify expert to fix multiple critical bugs that are blocking conversions. Most of these issues happen on MOBILE BROWSERS, but I need the entire store optimized for both desktop & mobile.
Some features work sometimes and sometimes they don’t (which is the BIGGEST problem).
I need this fixed from the ROOT, not just a quick patch.
I may not see some problems myself, so I need someone who will check EVERY single button, test all functions, and fully optimize the site.
6 Major Issues That Must Be Fixed:
1️⃣ Double Add to Cart Button Issue (Mobile Only)
There are two “Add to Cart” buttons on mobile.
The bottom button does not load product images and sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t.
It needs to be fixed permanently so that only ONE working Add to Cart button remains.
2️⃣ Remove "Do $800 Shopping for Free Shipping" Notification
This is a digital product store (instant access eBooks & programs).
There is no shipping cost, so this notification must be fully removed from the theme.
3️⃣ Can’t Remove Products from Cart (Sometimes Works, Sometimes Doesn’t)
BIGGEST PROBLEM: Sometimes, I can remove products, and sometimes, the remove button is unclickable.
Needs to be fully fixed so users can always remove products without issues.
4️⃣ Mobile Menu Loads Twice (Random Bug)
Sometimes, the navigation menu loads twice, and sometimes it loads normally.
This is an inconsistent bug that must be diagnosed and fixed at the root.
5️⃣ Proceed to Checkout Button Unclickable (Randomly Breaks)
Sometimes, after adding products to the cart, the Checkout button becomes unclickable.
Terms & Conditions checkbox also sometimes doesn’t work.
BIGGEST PROBLEM: Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
6️⃣ Change the Main Landing Page Text for Discounts
There is incorrect text on the landing page (says we offer a random discount, but we don’t).
If it’s a banner, let me know how to update it manually in the future.
