Updating Shopify App to meet latest API requirements

I have a Wishlist application in the Shopify App ecosystem and it's been a while since it's been updated since I haven't had an engineer on the team for a while.

I'd be happy share access to the existing repo so you can see what exists already to come up with a more accurate project-based quote.
Technically the deadline was this past month, so the sooner I can get help, the better. I also have other applications that may need a few changes, so if you do well on this, I'd love to consider future projects with you / your team as well.

1. What's your experience with the Shopify app ecosystem & Ruby on Rails in general?
2. Can you share about any past projects that are similar to what I'm asking for?
3. If I decide to move forward with you, how soon can you start and how many hours per week can you dedicate towards this until it's resolved?
4. I currently live in California. Would you be able to have at least a few hours with the Pacific Time zone to sync every now and then?
5. Have you read the GDoc I linked and understand the requirements?
