Update tracking numbers in Shopify in bulk using csv or API - URGENT project

We would like to quickly find an easy and convenient solution to update 10k tracking numbers to Shopify.
Please note due to security restricutions .. we would not give any API keys. We are looking for remote help and template/guidenlines that we implement ourselves.
Due to integration issues, we would likely use this method until the orignal update method has been fixed.
