Update private Shopify App (already developed) + Ongoing contract

I'm th CEO of a company based in Italy.
Our startup has created software for eCommerce (also for Shopify platforms).
We are looking for a freelancer/agency that can:
1. update our Shopify "semi-app" (first project to work together)
2. can manage every time we need to customize the app for a new Shopify Client (second project, long-term contract based on the clients we need to customize each by each).
Step 1 is fundamental and if we can collaborate on this, then we can work also doing a contract for the step 2.
STEP 1: Update the app:
Basically, we have developed a sort of "semi-app" (it is private) that can create and add coupons based on the software we have in the backend.
The application/update/creation/removal of the coupon is automatic from the app.
The app controls the product pages that are visited, the cart, the amount of the price of the cart, and communicates with our core software that gives back the amount of the coupon code that has to be created/added/removed.
It means we control also if the amount of the cart is changed when the user is in the checkout (and not only when the user is visiting other pages).

At the moment the app works for some Shopify websites but not for others (we think it is because maybe we need to update the app with the latest version and make it compatible with all Shopify eCommerce).
I would you can update the app and improve its functionality.
To make it possible for you to test our app and see how it works, please follow these steps:
1. go to ws.worldz.net and register your test website (must be done in Shopify, without any restrictions on ip or password to see it publicly) you want to use it, then I will give you access to the app for free.
2. Once you have done it, contact me and we will send you the link to install the app
3. Once you have installed the app, you will need to customize the app with a configuration file I will provide you.
Once the app is customized (coding, not only frontend) you can understand how it works.
Once this is done, I will tell you the shops in which we are having issues with the configuration so you can better understand what kind of issues we are facing and you can give us a proposal to solve it.
If you are able to complete step 1, I will ask you to discuss a way to collaborate long-term and configure new clients every time we acquire a new Shopify one.
