Troubleshoot Shopify Draft Orders from API

I'm in need of a skilled Shopify developer to troubleshoot an issue with my draft orders being created through an external API. The orders placed through a custom order intermittently miss some attributes, not on all orders. The missing attributes include:

- Product details
- Shipping information
