Trobleshooting on Shopify

Launching a new collection so need help to adjust the existing shopify. I need someone who is an expert on shopify by adding videos and photos. This need to be completed today only. Person must communicate with me by being fast .. and not taking long time to respond. I am deaf so therefore need someone who can have patience and communicate effectively.
