Description:

I’m looking for a dedicated and experienced Shopify Store Manager area not preferred, to handle the day-to-day operations of my online store. This is a profit-sharing role — you will receive 30% of the net profit every month (calculated after deducting all expenses), paid at the month’s end.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Shopify store, including adding/updating products and maintaining collections.
• Process and manage orders on a daily basis.
• Call customers to confirm Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders and address any inquiries.
• Handle Facebook & Instagram Ads — creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns for conversions.
• Research and identify trending products suitable for the Indian market.
• Track order fulfillment and resolve any issues with suppliers or logistics.
• Maintain accurate monthly expense and profit records for profit calculation.

Requirements:

• Must be familiar with the USA e-commerce market and consumer behavior.
• Proven experience managing Shopify stores.
• Experience running and optimizing Facebook & Instagram ads.
• Strong product research skills (dropshipping/POD experience preferred).
• Good communication skills in English .
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Availability to work daily, ensuring timely order management and ad optimization.

Compensation:

• 30% of net monthly profit, paid after all expenses are deducted.
• Payment released after month-end profit calculation.
