Sort products by SKU Shopify

I am looking for your help to modify the shopify code or create an application.
Currently, when I receive an order from a client, the sku of the products is as the client adds them to the cart, very different from the order of the sku of my warehouse.
I need shopify to show me the orders and the products ordered by sku. (see example image)
The SKUs of my products are made up of letters and numbers
1 or 2 letters at the beginning ABXXX (shelf), followed by its numberXX230 (position), if they have a variant a letter is added at the end A or B.
