Shopify website tweaks

I would like to make the following changes to my Shopify website: http:\\www.stretchr.co

Header:
- Insert a contact details bar within the header (just below the search bar). I will provide the details later:

Collection Page
- Move the collection heading and description to the centre of the page

Side Menu for all pages:
- Fix the side menu so the font sizes match for parent and child categories. Structure the menu so it is visually easier to read, perhaps add borders etc.
- Text for visited and unvisited categories should be all the same colour
- Clicking on the top level category display all products in the related subcategories as well as expanding the category
- Add a side menu to the home page (if it works with the theme)
- All top level categories should be expanded by default for new visitors

Product page
- Make the Buy it Now Button the same size as 'Add to Cart' and swap the buttons round so Buy It Now is on the left
- Underneath the Buy It Now button add card payment images and product information tabs under Buy It Now button: Product Info / Delivery / Returns
- There is black 'pop-out' on the right hand side. This is left over from an old addon "Scarcity Pro" which has been deleted. The 'pop-out' banner needs to be removed.
- Place a thin border around main product image and the thumbnails

Blog
- Change the layout so small images are on the left, with the preview text and 'Read More' link are on the right. - - Remove reference to the name of the poster and the date
- Replace 'News & Articels' with 'The Stretchr Blog'
