Shopify website product updates and fixes

We used a product importer to pull in products from eBay, and there are fixes that need to be made. I have A CSV with all the information so it can be mapped to the Shopify all product export. I have fixed 50 to 60 of the products so that you will see how I want them. There are about 260 with inventory products, and over half have variations we have about 1800 total products. All samples are attached. I want the duplicates deleted and the MPN to go into the "TAGS" field on Shopify. Some are already there. The weight is in the product information in grams to the weight in grams in Shopify. All the SKUs have to be in the proper field the variants SKU's sometimes are messed up in Shopify. I need the "Price" mapped to" Variant Compare At Price" in Shopify and the "Sales Price" mapped to the "Variant Price" in Shopify. The "Cost" mapped to the "Cost" in Shopify. I also need the UPC to be mapped to the "Variant Barcode" in Shopify. I am having a problem with reporting the UPC's correctly if there are and zeros in the front of the UPC they do not going into the product information. Give me your Rate and Time frame.
