Shopify website help

I have completed most of my website but I need help with a few small things

On the Home Page
•On Current Inventory I would like to put a ticker for how many items we have left in inventory

On the Shop Drop down
•On all our Inventory and all our products I would like to add an inventory ticker on every product. ( I have not added all my products yet so I want to make sure when I add another product the ticker is on there. )

I can't get the templates I have created to show up on the pages section so I am not a able to assign them
•Services Page - I would like my Service template to be assigned
•Rack Replacement Program - I would like the Rack Replacement template to be assigned.

Shop - Collections
•Current Inventory - assigned to current Inventory page
•Wine Racks - assigned to Racks
•Wine Accessories - assigned to wine barrel accessories
•Wine Barrel Furniture - assigned to wine barrel furniture.

On the products editor
How do I set up shipping details?
My products are big so I need to have weight and dimensions
