Shopify theme & store development

We're looking for someone who can realize store for us. We initially planning on developing a headless store but thought this might be kinda overkilling for our use case. So we're looking for someone who can create a Shopify Theme for us, making use of TailwindUI which I'd like to use in the design process to keep the whole thing streamlined.
