Shopify store speed optimization

I'm looking for a person to help with speed optimization of a webstore: www.ranuankenkäjalaukku.fi (shorter domain ranuan.fi)
Shopify gives the store 25 speed points which has decreased from 40 points in 1 year. I did a scan with lighthouse, but I'm looking for an expert who's able to tell me very simply and straightforward what actions to take and how much will they cost.
I think one thing slowing down the store is Hotjar script. Also I'm investigating the possibility to change the store theme for improving speed and conversion. However I would like to have an expert to look at the site before I change the theme.
