Shopify store optimizing

Hi, I have an Adult toys Shopify store made a while ago. Since I have a full-time job I cannot give it time to make sales. I need someone who is an expert at Shopify, to check the store and fix anything missing or not working correctly. I have a supplier who updates the stock every day via CVS file so need someone who is good at converting a CVS file to a Shopify product upload. Email and social media marketing are also required, all the social channels are already in place but obviously not working efficiently so maybe something is missing. I am happy to work with someone long-term provided the services provided are satisfactory. I am hoping the business becomes fully active and works automatically. Thanks for your time.
